Description

Neogard 70700 / 70701 3-gal and 15-gal – is a two-component, 100% solids, low viscosity epoxy primer.

Recommended use: As a primer for moisture mitigation and as a maintenance coating over concrete surfaces.

Features: Gloss finish. Low VOC and odor. Penetrates deep into concrete. Can be applied to green concrete, minimum 7 days old. Provides protection from sustained exposure to pH 14 concrete substrate. Can be applied to concrete with MVT readings up to 25 pounds per ASTM F1869. Can be applied to concrete with relative humidity up to 95% per ASTM F2170. Meets South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) VOC requirements.
