Sikafloor®-1620 is a one coat moisture vapor control clear epoxy primer for superior penetration and adhesion to concrete. Sikafloor®-1620 is specially formulated to treat high moisture concrete floors for Sikafloor® epoxy and urethane coatings, as well as broadcast and troweled systems.

• High mechanical strength: Shore D hardness 80–85, compressive strength ~14,385 psi, flexural strength ~12,154 psi.
• Tensile adhesion strength up to 400 psi (100% concrete failure).
• Water absorption rate of 0.0029% in 24 hours.

 Application Flexibility

• Works on broadcast and troweled concrete systems.
• Can be applied over substrates with moisture ≤6% (pbw) as measured by Tramex® CME CMExpert or ASTM F2170.

Fast Cure & Recoat Windows

• Foot traffic allowed within 8–36 hours depending on temperature; full cure in 4–10 days.
• Overcoat window of 8–48 hours at 20°C (68°F).
